Morning I called my mum so many times but no answer. I was thinking that my mum busy with her’s work so I decide to get a nap in the morning. Then, after the Friday prayer, again I tried to call my mum but no answer. YOU KNOW WHAT? After the ringing tone, I heard something like, “Your maxis account has been interrupt due to outstanding balance. Please make a payment to use it again”. I was like, DAMN! Why? I just paid few days ago. How?
I got nuts on it. What to do? Being crazy within 2 minutes and recover from that disease. Haha. Straight away called Maxis Center and try to persuade them to active back my lines. They was saying like, “Mr. Wan, after you change you call plan, they set you a new account number. That’s why you phone line has been barred. To activate, please make a payment as soon as possible.” For me, I think Maybank2u can solve the problem within a minute.
Maybank2u huh? To make a payment, I need to request TAC number and the best part is I received the message as usual but what i received is “Sorry, we are unable to deliver you content because your account has been Barred. Please call 123 for further assistance.” I was like, WTF? Alamak, mummy! I need your help! She drove me to the Maxis Center and I made the payment. Then, settle everything. Fuhhhh! Mummy, love you so much! Haha.
Now I faced another problem where I couldn’t access to my maxis e-billing. Anyone can help me? I tried to register but I can’t cause they detect my account already have the pin. Damn! *sigh. What to do? I think I’m getting old due to lots of lost in my life. Haha. Mental sudah! Hahahahha! See ya in next post!
